Coventry Log Homes is glad to announce our new online floor plan creator tool. The new floor plan creator allows you to sketch out your own custom plans or take some of our plans and modify them to meet your specific needs. This new floor plan creator allows you to save your plans online so you can come back and work on them as new ideas come. The new floor plan creator also has a variety of close to scale items to furnish your home with and get an idea of how to best layout your furniture in relation to room sizes, and door and window placement. This is a great tool to help you plan for your new log home.

On September 7, Alicia Alling (right) of Life Transitions Services in North Haverhill, NH accompanied Matthew Daneault (far left) of Warren, NH on a tour of Coventry Log Homes, Inc. of Woodsville, NH. The tour was conducted by Mark Elliott, (center) who is vice president of the log home manufacturing company. “Many people do not realize the scope of the varied operations involved at Coventry. So we are glad to open our doors to young people who are willing to explore their career options,” said Elliott.

100 Best Log Home Floor Plans is a book by Log Homes Illustrated editor, Roland Sweet. The book features 100 of the best log home floor plans arranged in order of square footage to help you quickly find the plan that fits your needs. Coventry has three plans featured among the top 100. They are the Fairfield, Ledgewood, and Kinsman.

Mark Elliott, VP of Coventry Log Homes and Vice Chair of the Log Grading Committee with the Log Homes Council, was asked to write a brief article for the Log Homes Council Summer 2008 Newsletter. Click here to see us in the Log Homes Council Newsletter on Page 7.

Coventry Log Homes was thrilled to participate in this year’s Wells River-Woodsville 4th of July parade. Two of Coventry’s employees, Debbie Simano and Cindy Moody, did a great job heading up the design for this year’s float which brought home 1st place in the Commercial Floats Division. The theme for this year was “Celebrating America’s Beauty”. The trees purchased to decorate the float have been reclaimed and planted next to our display of Recreational Camps at our office in Woodsville, NH. 

Coventry Log Homes will be helping sponsor the 2008 football season for the Black Mountain Bobcats Youth Football League.
