Just want to say thank you to YOU and Coventry, you have been a pleasure to deal with and everything happened exactly on time with no issues. It was very important for us to have things happen when they were suppose to cause my husband had to have it finished enough to lodge his hunting clients starting September 1^st.   Every week in September he had at the least 10 people including clients, guides and cook staying in and/or using our log home. One week there were even about 17 (8 moose hunters, 8 guides and the cook)  It was GREAT! Thanks for keeping us on schedule! I will definitely highly recommend YOU and Coventry to everyone!

I cannot speak highly enough of the service and product I received from Coventry Log Homes. From the first time I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Juanita, I felt comfortable and confident that this was the company I wanted to be involved with to build my dream house. The support and service was exceptional throughout the process and I was very pleased with the quality of the product and how easy everyone at Coventry Log Homes was to work with. The day of delivery was smooth and everything was delivered as promised. Although we didn’t require much technical support, when we did call we were attended to quickly and efficiently. I have recommended your product and company to many other people. My son and I and one other person built my “Woodland� from the bottom up and it has been a wonderful experience. We received a package from Coventry Log Homes yesterday and I must say, what an unexpected surprise! Thank you so much for the gifts and for the GREAT experience all along the way! The process was fun, the transition was smooth, and the company was always available and always very professional. A huge benefit in today's economy. I don't know if you know this or not but Bill and his brother built the little Mountaineer in only 2 weeks! They completed the inside by week 3. I think they may just hold the record! It is a BEAUTIFUL little package and one we hope to enjoy for many years to come. The outside landscaping is not yet complete but I thought you'd enjoy some pictures of the inside. Feel free to share them with Deb and with anyone else who would like to see them.

Well, it's built and stained! I've attached a few pictures. I still have some things to do such as building a deck and finishing the railing for the front porch. Those are my next summer projects. I know our home is not one of your big dollar, extravagant log homes that yielded a large profit for Coventry, but I want to thank you for treating us like it was a priority and thank you for all that you have done in helping us realize our vacation home dream.

I cannot express how much I appreciate your patience with me when it came to selecting which home we wanted to build. Looking back I started communicating with you in late 2006 after I returned from a 3-year tour in Japan with the Air Force. You were not a high pressure salesperson when I met you at the log home show and you provided all the information I could ever need. I would think most people (high pressure sales people) would think that I was not serious about purchasing a home from them after the first six months of indecision. But you stayed connected with us through the process...almost four years later!

Also, kudos on the ordering and delivery process. In the beginning I was a little concerned on how I was going to order a log home kit from New Hampshire and get it to South Dakota without having problems. One log home provider I considered purchasing from actually told me it would lower my shipping costs if I could find a return load for the truck that delivered my logs! Not being a professional logistician I quickly dismissed them immediately. I was extremely happy with Coventry's entire ordering and delivery process. A side note...Ralph the truck driver that delivered my logs was awesome too!

I am very happy and again want to thank you for all your help and patience. I will definitely recommend Coventry to all of my friends that consider purchasing a log home.
