Right from the beginning, working with the staff from Coventry was a pleasure. The people were very friendly and courteous. Any questions we had were answered very quickly and professionally. We also were happy how the staff made us feel when we were stressed to the max. The customer service was great and very efficient. We would like to thank Juanita Belyea, who was always there when we needed her and made it so much nicer to work when you're under pressure. She was a peach.

I have no problem giving Coventry Log Homes the highest recommendation that I could give to anyone as they are (Are, not were!) fantastic. We bought our vacation log home in 2004 & it was built in 2005. Richard has become a personal friend. The sale did Not end in 2004. He has been a constant source of valuable information and checks up on things on a regular basis to make sure we are still happy with everything, 5 years later !

From the moment my husband and I walked in the door of Coventry Log Homes we felt right at home. We felt like we knew Debbie Simano and Jim Elliott Jr. They were helpful in planning our cozy and inviting log home. Their honesty and knowledge was inviting. Where do I start: from the first talk with Juanita, to the finish grade on site, Coventry listens and they understand your concerns. The staff is very friendly and assuring through all the different phases of design to assembly.

I feel like part of the family, through emails and phone conversations.

The details and quality are second to none. It was a wonderful experience, I'd recommend Coventry Log Homes and Log Stackers to everybody looking to purchase a log home.

Work ethic and team work is what gets the job done in a timely manner. It helps that Coventry has a great product and employees that live by their customer service reputation. For example, Richard Titorenko and I have been working together for years now and when I have a question he is always a phone call away and makes that known to me as well as the customer. When I have a question about the prints of a structural concern Brian Simano was there for me on a Sunday to help.

With that said you could see how it is easy to provide a great product when we work as a team. All of our customers have said our work ethic and teamwork is impressive, and that is why I believe we are all busy in these times.
