After a six year search of log cabin companies we finally settled on Coventry Log Homes.  The reasons why we went with Coventry Log Homes was:

>  In no way, shape or form were the sales staffs pushy.  They did have suggestions and recommendations, however, there was never any high pressure tactics used to upgrade.

>  The sales staff was very patient with the hundreds of questions we had before we signed a contract.

>  Once we did sign a contract, Coventry Log Homes was very understanding when we had to change a few items and times of delivery.

>  We asked for references from 1, 5, and 10 year owners.  Every owner supplied, spoke highly of the company.  Also each owner gave us ideas we had never thought of, which made the the final product perfect for us.

>  We loved the $1.00 shipping fee.  That was always a hurdle for us during the six year sojourn of finding our log cabin manufacturer, and

>  We got exactly what we paid for, meaning:  Coventry Log Homes wasn't the most expensive log home builder nor were they the cheapest.  We purchased a quality home for a fair price.

I just want to mention again the expert workmanship of Dave Chaput's Rock Solid Builders. I do not have much experience in this area, but if there is anybody anywhere who can do better work, I would be surprised. You certainly would not be wrong in pointing future customers in his direction. In addition, I cannot say enough about you and Coventry. I am guessing that we are about a month or so from completion, other than the staining, of course, and I just want to let you know how pleased both of us have been with everybody with whom we have dealt. It was a truly good day for me and Mary when we discovered Kris at Coventry and Dave at Rock Solid Builders.

I can’t express how impressed I am with you and your team. I have never built anything in my life and decided to build this log dream myself. Even though i built my foundation out of steel you continually helped me get it done. I had adverse weather conditions that would not cut me a break and still you talked me through it. You even called me to give me cell phone numbers if I had any problems during July long weekend as you knew you would not be in the office. This kind of service is hard to find this day and age. I even changed the design a little mid stream and your engineering department helped make the changes with no problems. I have and will continue to tell people of you product and service. I was left not needing anything to completion of the project. All equipment and parts were there with easy to read instructions. Sorry for phoning so often you always answered with the right answer and a happy greeting, but I would never have done it without your patience and help. Hope to see you here to do a little hunting in the future.
