We are pleased with the ease of putting up the log system. We did it ourselves with help of family. It was also easy to change some features on site to suit our needs. We have had lookers and prospective future buyers almost every week. There is another log home next to us from another company and everyone has said ours is nicer. Thank you,

In today’s world, people are quick to threaten and complain about everything. They always find the time to do those things, but they tend to forget to find the time to give credit where credit is due. I found that time.
My wife and I started “the process” with your company late last year. Richard Titorenko was our contact. We called him on a daily basis with questions, suggestions and so on. Not ONCE did he ever fail to call us back or answer our questions. We decided to purchase your "Montana” model. He was in contact with us during the delivery scheduling and payment procedures from start to finish. He NEVER left us wondering. I was totally amazed when the secondary order (Lowe’s) showed up exactly when promised. Then, your semi showed up exactly when it was supposed to. This was no easy task, considering we are over 2,800 miles away.
We have experienced local building and contractor problems, all of which are being ratified now. Our home will sit on 50 acres in Arizona, looking directly at the west rim of the Grand Canyon. We will send pictures when completed.

Our home is beautiful! The builder couldn’t believe how “plumb” everything was. It really was not as hard to finish as we thought it would be. Materials provided were good quality and plenty to cover our “mess-ups.” Donna and Keith,
