Button Bay State Park is a gorgeous 253-acre park located in Vergennes, VT. This camp is full of natural beauty. You won’t forget the beautiful views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains. Things to do while at Button Bay include boating (canoe, kayak, and rowboat rentals available), fishing, sailing, exploring Button Point and visiting the Nature Center, playing on the playground or swimming in the pool, eating in the picnic area or under the large picnic shelter, and more… There’s lots to do nearby, also, like touring the Shelburne Museum full of arts and history, enjoying the scenery on a Lake Champlain Ferry ride, visiting historic Fort Ticonderoga, Crown Point (each about an hour away) or Chimney point (about half hour away), touring the Lake Champlain Maritime Museum and its exhibit buildings or taking a ride on one of its shipwreck tours, and much more!
